Why I can’t hear the voiceover during my activity?

Once you download the Runister app and use it without modifying your settings, we include the voiceover activated by default.

Anyway, even if you have turned on the voice over and you cannot still hear it, please make the following checks:

 

-Navigate to your Runister app and be sure that you have the volume of your device correctly adjusted.

-Start regularly your activity and check that on the running screen the speaker on the right top corner is not struck through. If so, please tap THE SPEAKER to enable the sound.
