Why didn't I receive the confirmation email?
For security reasons, once you create a Runister account you have to confirm your email to complete the registration process. If after creating your account you don’t receive any email from us please:
1. Check your spam folder, just in case our email went there
2. Please be sure that you introduce a correct email. Sometimes we get messages from users that mistyped their emails, and because of that, they don’t get the confirmation email.
If still, you are facing troubles, get in touch with us to solve the issue. Please inform us about the email address that you used to create your account.
